ABOUT US

Bridges Retreat Centre and campsite is situated in the beautiful Franschhoek Valley.  Vineyards and mountains surround this tranquil 5-hectare property. It provides a wonderful setting for rest, relaxation and spiritual renewal. Bridges Retreat Centre is a member of Christian Camping Southern Africa.

Our affordable facility is suitable for day conferences, retreats, adult and youth camps, church and student groups, and school camps.  Included in our facility is a fully equipped kitchen, dining room, conference centre facility which comes equipped with data projector, DVD player and screen, lounge with fireplace and aircon/heating unit and en-suite bedrooms with bunk beds. We also have three private suites for those who require a little more solitude. Recreational facilities include a swimming pool, trampoline, conference room, a large multi-purpose recreational shed, swing sets and jungle gym for children, outdoor braai area and patio, and laundry facilities on request.

Our conference room has curtained windows and ceiling lights with dimmers to provide a subdued ambience for data projection purposes.  If daylight is required, the large windows offer views of the pool, garden and mountains.  A fireplace offers a cozy atmosphere in winter.  The room is carpeted and air-conditioned. It can accommodate 50 people comfortably. For larger groups our shed provides all the additional room you should need.

We also have three private suites and a single room for those who require a little more solitude.

We can accommodate 210 people comfortably.
